Experience

TransUnion

2020 – present, Pune. Agile Transformation Lead, then Senior Program Manager, now Senior Technical Product Manager for TruIQ Data Enrichment and AI products.

TruIQ Data Enrichment and customer-facing AI agents 2025 – present

I lead technical delivery of TruIQ Data Enrichment, a zero-to-one product that has become TransUnion's fastest-growing. It matches a lender's customers to TransUnion records and provisions credit data each month into the lender's own Snowflake or BigQuery environment, for analytics and for prescreening under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, with no batch files moving between organisations. I own the requirements, architecture decisions and release commitments.

On top of it I lead TransUnion's first two customer-facing AI agents. The Attribute Discovery Agent helps analysts find the right credit data for a question, answering from governed metadata so that everything it names is approved for use. The Analytics Orchestrator Agent helps build machine-learning workflows in natural language inside the analyst's own workbench, from data loading to model training, evaluation and registration. I own their architecture, model selection and evaluation, and the cost to serve each client.

TPM Delivery Intelligence 2026

I lead the engineering of TPM Delivery Intelligence, a platform that applies AI to the quality of delivery work at TransUnion. It connects to Jira, SharePoint and the Harness code repository. It measures each idea, PRD, initiative and epic against the definition of ready, lists the gaps and drafts the missing content for approval. For the definition of done, it compares the acceptance criteria with the code on the delivery branch, verifies that what was built matches what was asked, and generates UAT test cases from the implementation. I designed and built it in about a month and took it into production in coordination with networking, certificates, DevOps and operations.

It began as my entry in an internal hackathon, which won, and has grown into a full platform for the company's technical product managers.

OneDev and the data-centre exit 2023 – 2024

As programme manager, I ran the rollout of OneDev, the unified developer platform covering CI/CD, automated testing, security engineering and hybrid cloud across on-premise, AWS and GCP, towards the goal of 1,800 applications on the platform. The programme was a release train of more than 18 teams. I aligned their roadmaps, managed the dependencies and capacity between them, resolved escalations, and reported to executives, standardising both the reporting and the way the teams operated. Six scrum masters reported to me. Alongside it I ran the application migrations for a data-centre exit.

Agile transformation of TransUnion CIBIL 2020 – 2022

I led the move of TransUnion CIBIL, a 300-person organisation, from traditional project management to Agile product delivery: the roadmap for the change, the operating model, and the standing up of 34 teams across two release trains. Project managers moved into scrum master and release train engineer roles, teams were trained on SAFe, and PI planning, Scrum of Scrums, product owner syncs and inspect-and-adapt sessions gave the organisation a shared cadence and a one-year roadmap.

To staff and sustain the change I built the Agile PMO, hiring 18 scrum masters and 4 release train engineers as those roles moved from the United States to India, and led them together with the coaches. The PMO went on to coach TransUnion's largest business unit on roadmaps, story writing and prioritisation, restructured release trains around value streams, and consolidated several Agile toolsets into one Jira instance. Over thirty months, cycle time fell by 40% and the teams delivered nearly twice as many features in the same time.

JPMorgan Chase

2018 – 2020, Mumbai. Assistant Vice President, Enterprise Agile Coach and Modernisation Lead.

Application modernisation programme

As programme manager for Application Modernisation and Optimisation, I coordinated the new banking platform team and the application teams moving onto it: microservices, migration to AWS, CI/CD and observability across more than 40 teams, against a savings target of $10M. Twenty-two teams were onboarded to the CI/CD pipeline, with Jenkins, Bitbucket, SonarQube, Veracode, Artifactory and automated functional tests, and coached on test-driven development, behaviour-driven development, pair programming and SOLID design.

From project to product delivery

I coached about 50 teams through the move from project to product delivery under Large-Scale Scrum, and ran the organisation's first self-selection event. Over two days, product owners set out the vision, backlog and definition of done, and people chose the work they wanted and formed about 20 cross-functional teams around it. Agile maturity rose by 50% across more than 20 teams over two years. I was also scrum master to the team of 16 agile coaches, managing the coaching backlog.
