The problem

Numerology is widely followed in India, but most services offer a fixed report or a single paid consultation.

Users have follow-up questions over time and prefer to ask them in their own language.

What I built

An assistant named Sankhya that users can chat with or speak to. The product covers the full consumer stack: accounts and profiles, conversation, live voice calls, payments and a mobile app.

All numerological calculations are done in code, and the language model explains the results. This keeps answers consistent whichever model is in use.

How it works

  1. Sign-up

Users sign in with a mobile number or Google and create a profile for themselves or a family member. The first three questions are free.

  2. Calculation

The core numbers, the Lo Shu grid and favourable periods are calculated in Python.

  3. Conversation

Users ask about career, relationships, timing or names. Compatibility and name-number calculators are available to the model as tools.

  4. Voice

Users can also speak with Sankhya in a live call, with an animated avatar.

  5. Payment

Message packs are purchased through PayU on the web and Google Play Billing on Android, with server-side verification.

Marketing

I also produced the launch videos, advertisements and an explainer series, using programmatic animation, synthetic voice and lip-sync tools.
